Weight loss products and appetite suppressants do not work for me. They never have and so I am naturally skeptical when it comes to such things. The only place I ever lost weight was Army Basic Training. My wife's aunt urged us to try this and for the first time in my life we found a product that WORKS! We still work out 30 minutes a day but no longer have the urge to eat between meals. And the urge to eat everything on the table at mealtime (plus the table itself!) is gone.
