MELATONIN NIGHTCAP is a liquid melatonin for the convenience of varying the dosage. (1 drop = 3 mg up to a dropperful which is about 15 drops = 50 mg)

In addition to being a fantastic sleep-aid, Melatonin has been found in countless research studies to be a premier antioxidant. Melatonin is a naturally occurring nutrient found in most animals. It is also found in algae. The biologic effects of melatonin are produced through activation of melatonin receptors.

SUGGESTED USE
You may take from 1 drop (3 mg. - the normal dosage) up to 15 drops (50 mg. - a dropperful) at bedtime.

Unless recommended by your doctor or health practitioner, it is best to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase it, based on your reaction. Effect may not be noticed for several days after your first dosage. Melatonin works best if taken daily.
