It contains a proprietary formula of Betacarotine, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Saw Palmetto, Alfalfa Leaf Juice, DIM (Diindoylmethane, Buchu Leaf, Corn Silk, Polen Extract, Curcumin, Zinc and an amino acid blend of Glycine, Alanine and Glutamic Acid.
Suggested Use: Take 6 capsules daily - 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening (with or without food).
Over time, reduce to 4, then 2 per day for maintenance.
