I love the Vitamin C crystals and use them as my favorite drink. I use one teaspoon in a 16 oz glass of icy cold spring water and it tastes great, quenches my thirst, and I love the tartness of it. As much as I like it in cold water, it also makes a comforting hot tea. It's a great way to get your daily intake of Vitamin C.
