The medical use of Curcumin goes back centuries.

Curcumin has been used as an herbal remedy in China and India for centuries. Curcumin is now receiving increased attention for its nutritional value. Modern research has shown that curcumin can help reduce inflammation caused by many chronic degenerative diseases. As curcumin does not dissolve well in water, this liposomal formula provides a more efficient and effective way to benefit from the qualities of curcumin.

Liposomal Curcumin is recommended for anyone from a healthy adult to one who is nutritionally deficient or who might have difficulty consuming a larger dosage of conventional supplements.

SUGGESTED USE:
Take from 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per day, as desired or recommended by your nutritionist or healthcare practitioner.

Take, preferably, on an empty stomach at least 10 mins. before or 30 mins. after a meal.
Shake gently before using.
Drink straight or dilute in water, juice or yogurt, if preferred.
Keep in a cool dark place out of the sunlight or refrigerate to maintain freshness and extend shelf-life.
Best if consumed within 30 days of opening.

Another Great Supplement March 15, 2012

We feel so fortunate to be able to have this powerful liposomal form of curcumin as part of  our daily supplementation. Curcumin has been studied in thousands of rigorous scientific research projects and has proven itself to be a wonderful protection from sundry degenerative diseases and in large part this seems attributable to its wonderfully effective anti-inflammatory action.  Curcumin, when taken as a regular pill supplement, is not easily absorbed, according to what we have studied; but in a liposomal form, it is much more absorbable and usable by the body and, thus, we believe affords us much better health protection as compared to taking curcumin in regular pill form. We regard Healthy Items Can-Help liposomal formulation and the added liposomal curcumin to be tremendously helpful in our health maintenance and recovery programs.
