Adequate amounts of the Vitamin B-Complex group are needed on a daily basis to insure the proper function of many systems of the human body. Vitamin B-Complex is a group of vitamins that includes:
  • B1 - Thiamine - Supports appetite regulation and energy.
  • B3 - Niacin - Found in every cell of the human body.     I am taking Liposomal vitamin B Complex and I am satisfied with it because it is in liposomal form. Other forms are not so efficient and easy to take. I add another brand to get the full list of B vitamins I need.
    And as my doctor told me, I take B6 and B2 in large quantities because I am deficient in them.
    I feel increasing energy and better sleep. It is because B vitamins participate in mitochondrial energy production, detoxification and they are calming. I would recommend to check out these vitamins to everybody.
